US Reinsurance Collateral Requirements - 20.11.07

Attached is a letter to the FT's editor on 15 November from the President and Chair of the NAIC Task Force in response to criticism from both Lloyd's and the EU. Also attached are a recent letter from the EU to the FT and an article quoting Lloyd's Lord Levene with their claims on this long running issue.
