Hampden has a total of 1,185 Members for 2012 and we are the largest adviser to private capital at Lloyd's with our Members providing £1.8 billion of underwriting capacity to the Lloyd's Market.

Hampden is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). It is a subsidiary of Hampden Capital plc whose parent company is Hampden Holdings Limited.

Administration and tax advisory services are provided to our Members by Nomina plc and Hampden Tax Consultants which are Hampden Group companies.
