Hampden Group has been providing administrative and claims services to the insurance industry since 1979. During the late 1990s, the group diversified into providing Members’ agency services and, through strategic acquisitions and product development, has become the largest provider of Members’ agency services at Lloyd's.

The group’s ultimate holding company, Hampden Holdings Limited, manages services to Lloyd’s investors via Hampden Capital Plc which owns Hampden Agencies Ltd and Nomina Plc.

Hampden Tax Consultants Ltd is part of Seymour Taylor which Hampden acquired in August 2009.

The group also owns and manages a number of insurance companies which no longer underwrite business, through our run-off management subsidiary Hampden plc.
