Hampden Agencies Limited (HAL) has a wealth of in-depth market knowledge and experience and offers its clients a highly professional and personal service, dealing with all aspects of their membership of Lloyd’s. HAL’s main aim is to optimise the profitability of its Members’ underwriting at Lloyd’s, over the insurance cycle. HAL’s other main role is in facilitating and administering the membership process for all of its Members.
HAL provides a clear and unbiased explanation of all aspects of the Lloyd’s membership process to all potential Members, with particular regard as to how this fits in with the potential Members’ own risk profile. As part of this process, HAL would initially recommend that all potential new Members always seek their own independent financial and tax advice before contemplating trading in the Lloyd’s market.
HAL provides a dedicated Members’ Executive for every single one of its Members who remains the focal point of contact and co-ordinates all of the Members’ underwriting affairs at HAL.
Members are provided with information relevant to their underwriting interests through personal meetings, letters, bulletins, reports (including syndicate analysis), email updates and direct access to the company’s website (including access to the Client Portal area of the website). All Members are also invited to attend HAL regional presentations, which cover a range of topical issues such as the development of the market, trading conditions and all issues that are deemd to be relevant to Members’ underwriting at a given time.
