HAL directors’ and staff underwriting arrangements for 2012.

One of the most distinctive characteristics of HAL as a Members’ agent, as compared with some of its peers, is the number of its directors and staff who underwrite at Lloyd’s on a personal basis, as either unlimited liability Members or limited liability Namecos, or as a member of a limited liability partnership (LLP). Their underwriting commitment shows a community of interest with the Members whom they represent.

The following directors and staff members underwrite at Lloyd’s for the 2012 account on syndicates supported by HAL. Please note that some staff members trading in limited liability vehicles do not have a 100% interest in the vehicle. In the case of all LLPs and Namecos, the table below shows the full capacity allocation of the limited liability vehicle in question and not the full list of stakeholders.
