Plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hampden Capital Plc and is located within
the same offices enabling the team to work closely with Hampden Agencies to
ensure the highest level of service.
Nomina Plc provide all management and administration services necessary to
ensure the proper management and conduct of both NameCos and LLPs (known
collectively as “LLVs”) excluding those services provided by Hampden Agencies
as the Members’ Agent. This includes supplying the Board and Company Secretary
of a NameCo, or Designated Members of a LLP, and handling the compliance,
accounting and audit arrangements, together with all reporting requirements for
Companies House and HMRC. Nomina Plc is also able to deal with the
administration of a LLV once its Lloyd’s affairs have been completed. For 2012
Nomina Plc is responsible for the administration affairs of over 1,100 LLVs.
In November 2010, Nomina Plc brought the whole accounting and taxation function
for all of the LLVs that it administers “in house” from Charles Taylor
Insurance Services Ltd. This has enabled Nomina Plc to increase the depth and
range of services that it provides.
