As can be seen from this map from the National Hurricane Center there are currently three storms to be tracked, hurricane Earl and Tropical storms Fiona and Gaston.
The map shows their current categories and forecast paths towards the north east coast of the USA and "Invest 94" a potential storm in the East Pacific.
The current forecasts from the NHC show the centre of Earl staying out to sea owing to the presence of a subtropical high around which Earl is forced, according to Jeff Master’s blog a trough in the jet stream will determine how close Earl comes to the coast.
