Compensation

Hampden Agencies Limited is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme in the United Kingdom.  Payments under the scheme to investors are limited to 100% of £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 of an investor's total investments subject to a maximum payment to any one investor of £48,000.  Further details of the scheme are available upon request.  The scheme does not cover services provided in relation to underwriting at Lloyd’s.
